titleOfInvention | Novel imidazole compounds, surface treating agents, print circuit boards and a method of producing the same |
abstract | This invention provides an imidazole compound. Because of precipitation due to pH changes or evaporation of the processing solution is inhibited, and being highly soluble to organic acid aqueous solutions, the compound can be stably and continuously used even if the impurity ions from the processing of the print circuit boards or soft etching are mixed in and is used for surface treating agent. This invention provides a novel imidazole compound represented by the following general formula. R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen, straight- or branched chain alkyl group of 1 to 11 carbon atoms. R.sub2 respectively independently represents a straight- or branched chain alkoxyl group of 1 to 11 carbon atoms. R.sub.3 respectively independently represents a straight- or branched chainalkyl group of 1 to 11 carbon atoms, chlorine or bromine. M is an integer of 1 to 4, n is an integer of 0 to 4. |
