titleOfInvention Protective panel with touch input function for electronic equipment display panel
abstract A protective panel with touch input function for electronic equipment display panels, which will not malfunction or develop appearance defects even when an intense load is exerted on the entire outer surface thereof, is a multilayered protective panel that comprises a protective panel body (3b) made from a resin sheet, a lower transparent electrode on the upper surface of a transparent insulating sheet, and a lower circuit that is disposed on the perimeter of the lower transparent electrode, comprises a lower electrode sheet (3a) that is glued to the upper surface of the protective panel body, an upper transparent electrode that is disposed on the lower surface of the transparent insulating sheet in a position facing the lower transparent electrode, and an upper circuit that is disposed on the perimeter of the upper transparent electrode, and comprisesan upper electrode sheet (2a); with edges adhered to the lower electrode sheet so as to form an air cell (15) between the transparent electrodes, a decorative layer, which is formed on at least one surface of the transparent insulating sheet to obscure the lower circuit and the upper circuit, a transparent screen on the inside of that decorative layer, and a decorative sheet (2b) that is glued to the upper surface of the upper electrode sheet, and which is further characterized by disposing an air buffer (34) in the layer that is obscured by the decorative layer, and connecting the air buffer (34) to the air cell between the transparent electrodes.
