titleOfInvention | Method for producing ion conductivity-imparting agent for catalyst electrode layer of anion-exchange membrane fuel cell |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing an ion conductivity-imparting agent which is used for the purpose of providing a catalyst electrode layer of an anion-exchange membrane fuel cell with ion conductivity. By this method, an ion conductivity-imparting agent having a constant ion conductivity-imparting effect can be stably produced by a simple operation. In the method for producing an ion conductivity-imparting agent for a catalyst electrode layer of an anion-exchange membrane fuel cell, after obtaining an anion conductive resin having a quaternary onium salt which contains a halogeno ion as a counter ion, the halogen-containing anion conductive resin is brought into contact with a carbonate solution and/or a hydrogen carbonate solution without being ion-exchanged into an OH form by using a deleterious substance such as sodium hydroxide, thereby directly obtaining an anion conductive resin wherein at least a part of counter ions of quaternary onium salts are CO32- and/or HCO3-. |
