titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing electrical traces |
abstract | A method for manufacturing electrical traces includes the steps of: printing an ink including a dissolvable silver salt on a surface of an insulating substrate to form a circuit pattern; deoxidizing the silver salt in the circuit pattern using a radiation to irradiate the circuit pattern thereby forming a number of silver traces; forming a metal plating layer on a surface of the silver traces to form a number of electrically conductive traces. The present method doesn't use reducing agents, thus a cost is reduced and the process is more simplified. |
