titleOfInvention Polypropylene elastomer artificial leather and their preparation thereof
abstract This invention relates to a polypropylene elastomer leather and the preparation thereof, wherein all the materials are mixed through a mixer/mixing device and calendered into a sheet, then the sheet is laminated on a base fabric which is pretreated with a primer, if necessary, it can be laminated with a surface layer, and, finally passes through foaming and embossing processes, to become an artificial leather of polypropylene elastomers. The mixed materials comprises polypropylene elastomer 100phr (Parts per Hundred of Resin), polyolefin copolymers 10 to 60phr, polyolefin polymers 0 to 40phr, foaming agent 0 to 10phr, foaming auxiliary agent 0 to 5phr, lubricants 0 to 5phr, fillers 0 to 80phr, colorants 0 to 15phr. The polypropylene elastomer artificial leather of the present invention exhibits many advantages as follows: such as, good touch feeling, halogen free, excellent weather resistance, outstanding hydrolysis resistance, good ply adhesion strength, easy to do surface treatment and printing etc.
