titleOfInvention Surface processing method, mask for surface processing, and optical device
abstract A surface processing method of this invention for forming scragginess on a surface of an object to be treated is provided. The method is characterized by at least comprising following steps: a step for adhering a polymer film mask to the surface of the object to be treated, in which the polymer film mask at least comprises a bonding resin and organic pigment particles of the bonding resin; a step for etching the surface to which the polymer film mask is adhered to form the scragginess on the surface of the object to be treated. Moreover, a mask for surface processing for the surface processing method is provided.
