abstract |
An inorganic-organic composite film is formed by coating a coating fluid which includes inorganic components and organic resin on the surface of a steel plate and baking the coating fluid on the surface of the steel plate. The coating fluid includes phosphate as the inorganic component, and includes inorganic particles, which have a BET specific surface area above 10 m2/g, and exhibit a particle distribution with a 50% cumulative particle diameter of less than 5 μm and with a 90% cumulative particle diameter of less than 15 μm when measured by a laser scattering diffraction particle size distribution meter. The inorganic particles are included at a ratio from at least 1% by mass to no more than 50% by mass with respect to the solid content of the phosphate. |
