abstract | The highly biological compatible, high-molecular weight, water soluble chitosan analogue is made of hypertonic solution, which to be used as main intergradient of unidose nasal sprayer. The nasal sprayer can be easily introduced through directly intranasal administration. In addition, the chitosan has been known for its immunity modulating capability, which can be applied for the purpose of compensating the functions of steroid-like medicines. The nasal sprayer can also used for daily care of nasal health in order to reduce the hypersensitive symptoms after received the anti-histamine therapy. |
