titleOfInvention | Bi-layer medicine tablet containing Zaleplon |
abstract | The invention discloses a bilayer medicine tablet containing Zaleplon, which includes a fast release layer and a slow release layer. The fast release layer comprises zaleplon, lactose, maltose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate and at least one excipient. The slow release layer comprises Zaleplon, maltose, microcrystalline cellulose, one polymer and at least one excipient. The bi-layer medicine tablet containing Zaleplon is put in 0.1N hydrochloric acid buffer solution and pH 6.8 phosphoric acid at 37 DEG C inside a stirring apparatus with rotary paddle and is stirred at a speed of 50-200 rpm for measuring a solution function curve, and the release of Zaleplon is controlled according to the solution function curve. In this way, the effects of improving sleep quality, raising medication safety, convenient to use, and flexible adjustment of drug dosage can be achieved. |
