titleOfInvention | Shoe pad formed by multi-material composite molding |
abstract | A shoe pad formed by multi-material composite molding is disclosed. Especially, three-quarters of the bottom portion of the shoe pad is made of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate). The oval-shape portion of heel is made of PUGEL (Polyurethane elastomer). The inner side of the front palm is made from foaming of PORON. The middle layer and half of the front palm are made of PU. The upper layer is made of cloth or laminated TPU film. The PUGEL is made into oval shape. The EVA is foamed as hard material capable of fixing the location of the foot bone without torsion and changing shape to prevent foot ankle from being twisted. The PORON foaming material of the inner side of the front palm is capable of alleviating the pressure of the toe bone. This invention characterizes in that the PUGEL material of the oval heel can be used as buffer in jumping so as to avoid injury of the cervical vertebra that could lead to undesirable influence on the central nervous. |
