abstract | Disclosed is hydrate micelle easy to lure out a seaweed filiform body, which is formed by mixing alginate and fine-cut seaweed tissue, and soaking in liquid containing calcium ions and chitosan solution to form the hydrate micelle with chitosan coated on the outside and alginate on the inside. The chitosan is to provide carbon source and protection effect. The alginate on the inside is to provide the effect of moisture retention and the nutrition not easy to be lost. The bonding formed with alginate and chitosan is conducive to injured cells of the seaweed in easily producing filiform body with totipotency and regeneration ability through this physical structure. |
