titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of antibacterial fiber material and antibacterial mask using the antibacterial fiber material |
abstract | The present invention provides a manufacturing method of antibacterial fiber material and an antibacterial mask using the antibacterial fiber material. The manufacturing method of antibacterial fiber material comprises: soaking the fiber or cotton to be processed into the fiber-processing solution; processing it by ultrasonic agitation to allow acid to generate holes in the fiber or cotton; and using silicofluoride compound as the bridge among the silver ions, fiber, or cotton, so that the fiber or cotton to be processed has the antibacterial and moisture-proof capability and becomes the antibacterial fiber material. The fiber-processing solution is mainly formed by silicofluoride compound, nitric acid, titanium dioxide, acetic acid, and silver nitrate. The antibacterial mask made of the antibacterial fiber material comprises an isolation layer, a protection layer, and an ear-hanging ring. Furthermore, the antibacterial fiber material is assembled between the isolation layer and the protection layer, so that the mask can have the antibacterial and moisture-proof capability by the antibacterial fiber material. |
