titleOfInvention Steam generation method for air-type cleaning machine and apparatus thereof
abstract This invention relates to a steam generation method for a cleaning machine and an apparatus thereof, and more particularly to an air-type steam generation method mainly comprising an air pump (air compressor), an air reservoir, a heating pipe, a suction apparatus, a water tank, and a spraying nozzle. The air pump drives the air into the air reservoir, whereby when a jet regulation switch connected to the spraying nozzle is adjusted to a proper jet amount, air will enter the heating pipe from the air reservoir and is heated rapidly and conducted into the suction apparatus, by which a minimal amount of water is sucked from the water tank connected to the suction apparatus to be turned into steam instantaneously, which can be directed to and jetted by the spraying nozzle. The spraying nozzle is replaceably connected with different cleaning apparatuses. The water discharge amount from the water tank can be regulated by a flow control switch, and if necessary, a cleaning agent box can be additionally provided for connection with the suction apparatus and being regulated by a flow control switch, achieving the purpose of convenience. Moreover, the heating pipe can continuously heat the air directed thereto to produce air of high temperature and high pressure with a high speed and excellent safety. Particularly, preheating can be eliminated and only a desired amount needs to be heated at the time of use so as realize the purpose of power saving effect and complying with the modern carbon reduction requirement.
