titleOfInvention | Method of preparing hydrolysis product with Antihypertensive action by chicken blood |
abstract | This invention relates to a method of preparing product with Antihypertensive action by the blood of broiler chickens and commercial black bone chickens, comprising the following steps: butchering chickens and obtaining the blood exsanguinated therefrom; mixing the blood with water; heating by water bath; adjusting pH value by hydrochloric acid; adding Protease N to carry out hydrolysis; heating by water bath to stop enzymatic reaction; cooling with water flow; separating with a centrifugation machine; filtering with filter paper; and lyophilizing to obtain the substance capable of inhibiting the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) when independently used or added to food. This invention can increase the additional value of chicken blood and reduce the pollution caused by wasted blood. |
