titleOfInvention | Method for treating solution generated in treatment of chlorine-containing substance |
abstract | To treat solution, which is generated in treatment of chlorine-containing substance in a cement manufacturing facility, without waste water treatment in the cement manufacturing facility. A filtrate obtained by solid-liquid separation after water is added to a chlorine-containing substance to elute chlorine component contained in the chlorine-containing substance in a cement manufacturing facility, a waste water obtained by adding water to a chlorine-containing substance and separating heavy metal in the chlorine-containing substance in a cement manufacturing facility, or the both of them is used in the cement manufacturing facility. The filtrate and the waste water can be used in a cement manufacturing process as water for cement grinding mills, water for clinker coolers or the like, or in an exhaust gas treatment process as water for treatment of cement kiln exhaust gas, cooler exhaust gas or the like. It is also possible to use a solution obtained in a cement manufacturing facility by removing chlorine component from the filtrate or/and waste water in the cement manufacturing facility. |
