The method includes providing a transparent plastic film; using an ink to print a shell surface drawing on a first surface of the film except a window area; piercing seams beside buttons within the film to facilitate the buttons being pressed; applying a elastic material onto a second surface of the film to cover a button area including the buttons and the seams at least to facilitate the pressed buttons being recovered after being released and provide waterproof function for the button area; performing pre-extrusion and trimming of the film to generate a semi-finished shell, in which the first surface of the film is located in an inner surface of the semi-finished shell; and injecting a melted plastic material onto the inner surface of the semi-finished shell except the window area and the button area to mold a shell body, so as to finish the manufacture of the shell. |
