abstract | The object of the present invention is, in the step of patterning a positive photosensitive resin composition, to make the inhibition of scum produced in the opening portion of the positive photosensitive resin composition compatible with the sensitivity of the positive photosensitive resin composition. The object can be achieved by a positive photosensitive resin composition comprising an alkali soluble resin (A) containing 0.5% or below of a polymer having a molecular weight of 80000 or above, and a photosensitizing agent (B), characterized in that the photosensitizing agent (B) is contained in an amount of 10 parts by weight or above and 40 parts by weight or below, based on 100 parts by weight of the alkali soluble resin (A). |
