titleOfInvention | Curable composition, anisotropic conductive material and connection structure |
abstract | Disclosed is a curable composition which enables formation of a cured product that has low linear expansion coefficient and is hardly separated from a circuit board, an electronic component or the like even when heated. The curable composition contains a component including at least one of an epoxy group and a thiirane group, and a curing agent. The component including at least one of an epoxy group and a thiirane group contains a monomer of a compound represented by formula (1), a multimer wherein at least two of the compounds are bonded together, or a mixture of the monomer and the multimer. In formula (1), R1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1-5 carbon atoms or a structure represented by formula (2); R2 and R3 each represents an alkylene group having 1-5 carbon atoms; and X1 and X2 each represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom. In formula (2), R4 represents an alkylene group having 1-5 carbon atoms; and X3 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom. |
