titleOfInvention Fluorine oil-based magnetic liquid and its manufacturing method
abstract Fluorine oil-based magnetic iquid and its manufacturing method are provided. First, magnetic particles were synthesized through a chemical co-precipitation method and rinsed with deionized water and then removed the excessive alkaline solution, followed by heat stirring to reach the appropriate temperature. By appropriate proportion, slowly addr fluorinated sufactants into the solution and stir to mix. The surface were coated with the fluorinated surfactants after an appropriate time. Remove water with absolute alcohol. and remove the upper solvent and collect the precipitate after centrifugation. The dried magnetic particles coated with fluorinated surfactants were obtained. Add fluorinated lubricant into the magnetic particles containing coated fluorinated surfactants according to an appropriate ratio. Accordingly, fluorine oil-based ferroliquid created during stirring and particles distribution can expel liquid suspension after centrifugation.
