titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of acrylic fiber (polyacrylonitrile fiber) long filament having excellent antibacterial property |
abstract | A manufacturing method of acrylic fiber (polyacrylonitrile fiber) long filament having an excellent antibacterial property is disclosed, comprising dipping the fiber comprising acrylic fiber (polyacrylonitrile fiber) into a dyeing pond having copper compound containing divalent copper salt and a reducing agent, so that the fibers can adsorb the monovalent copper ions; then adding sulfur (S) atoms to react with the monovalent copper ions to convert the monovalent copper ions into copper sulfide to be dispersed/adsorbed inside the fibers, thereby forming the fibers containing acrylic fiber (polyacrylonitrile fiber); and then weaving the fibers into clothes to form the clothes product having the antibacterial and corrosion-resistant properties. |
