abstract A strippable coating composition for floors which is obtained by dispersing in water a raw material forming a coating film which comprises a urethane resin as a major ingredient and has a tear force of 0.3 N or higher, breaking strength of 10 MPa or higher, and elongation at break of 50% or higher. The coating film formed from the composition can be prevented from having poor stripping efficiency.
