Heat-shrinkable polyester-based film |
abstract |
The present invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film suitable for production of labels for containers, and at least having a high heat shrinkage factor and the whitening resulting from thermal shrinkage is inhibited. A thermal shrinkage ratio of the said heat-shrinkable polyester-based film in the main shrinkage direction is from 30% to 60% under the condition that immersed in hot water of 95 ± 0.5 DEG C for 10 seconds, and the length in the direction orthogonal to the main shrinkage direction is elongated under the condition that immersed in hot water of satisfying any temperature from 59.5 DEG C to 90.5 DEG C (constant temperature ± 0.5 DEG C) for 10 seconds. The thermal shrinkage ratio of the said film in the main shrinkage direction is preferably less than 40% under the condition that immersed in hot water of 80 ± 0.5 DEG C for 10 seconds. |
