abstract |
An adhesive composition is provided. The composition uses a highly fluid ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a highly heat- and humidity- resistant copolymer of an aliphatic heterocyclic compound (B-1) and a monomer (B-2) having an aromatic ring to achieve high adhesive strength even under high temperature and high humidity conditions and after thermal shock. Further provided is an anisotropic conductive film produced using the composition. |
