abstract | This invention provides a method for synthesizing 4, 4-dihalo-2-dialkylaminomethylene-3-oxo-butanoic acid alkyl ester compound and its derivatives. A molecular sieve with porous sodium and calcium aluminum silicates is added to effectively remove chlorine ions and facilitate reacting completely. This method mainly takes 2,2-dihaloacetyl chloride and N,N-dialkylamino acrylate alkyl ester as raw materials and is added with a specific ratio of the molecular sieve having porous sodium and calcium aluminum silicates and performs reaction in the same reaction flask under organic solvents and organic alkali. When the reaction is completed, the layers are effectively extracted and separated. 4, 4-dichloro-2-dialkylaminomethylene-3-oxo-butanoic acid alkyl ester compound and its derivatives with high purity is obtained by vacuum drying. The method of this invention is a novel and clean production method to achieve advantages of effective synthesis, few side reactions, easy-to-operate, saving production time, and recycling the used molecular sieve and saving production cost and the usage of organic solvent. |
