abstract The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a non-vulcanized inner tube and forming mold. The method comprises the following steps of extruding a non-vulcanized inner tube billet to form an arc inner tube through a forming mold having an arc extrusion pathway; then combining an air tap assembly to the cylinder tube wall of the inner tube; and connecting two opening ends of the inner tube for combination so as to produce the non-vulcanized inner tube. The forming mold includes a billet guide-in portion, a forming guide-out portion, and an extrusion pathway. The feature is that the extrusion pathway is an arc shape. Accordingly, after the inner tube billet is extruded from the forming mold, the billet then is guided to form an arc inner tube through the arc extrusion pathway. Therefore, when the inner tube is hardened and shaped, the excellent circular angle is acquired to further achieve the practical application effect of improving the production quality without increasing any cost.
