titleOfInvention | Photosetting-thermosetting resin composition and its cured material |
abstract | To provide a photosetting-thermosetting resin composition from which a cured coating pattern excellent in electroless tin plating resistance is formed without causing problems such as deterioration in tack-free property, its cured material, and a printed circuit board of which the solder resist is formed of the cured material. The photosetting-thermosetting resin composition includes: a carboxy group-containing photosensitive resin (A) obtained by making a reaction product of a phenol-novolak type epoxy resin and an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid react with a saturated or unsaturated polybasic acid anhydride; another carboxy group-containing photosensitive resin (B) except for the carboxy group-containing photosensitive resin (A); a photo-polymerization initiator c; a diluent (D); and a thermosetting compound (E), wherein the ratio of the component (A) to the component (B), (A):(B)=50-95:50-5 (mass ratio). Preferably the photosetting-thermosetting resin composition further includes a curing accelerator (F) or also barium sulfate and/or silica as an inorganic filler (G). |
