titleOfInvention | 6-position highly acetylated cellulose diacetakeand process for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a 6-position highly acetylated cellulose diacetate which is a cellulose diacetate having an acetyl total substitution of 2.0 or higher and less than 2.6. When DST is set to represent the acetyl total substitution, and DS6 is set to represent a 6-position acetyl substitution, the following relations are satisfied: 2.0≤DST<2.6 (1) 0.400≥DS6/DST≥ 0.531-0.088xDST (2) The 6-positon highly acetylated cellulose diacetate is useful as a material for cellulose-mixed acylate having a high acyl total substitution which exhibits excellent optical characteristics and can be used as a photographic material or an optical material. |
