| abstract |
A circuit structure and manufacturing method thereof are provided, wherein wires are used to connect pads to form a flexible circuit. Each wire has a first terminal, a second terminal and an intermediate part therebetween. The first terminal and the second terminal are connected to different pads, and the relative position the intermediate part is higher than those of the first terminal and the second terminal. Since the aforementioned connecting manner between the wires and the pads has a three dimensional freedom, the circuit structure can sustain both horizontal and vertical strain, and thus provides superior reliability. |
