titleOfInvention Conductive compositions, protection chip and protection device made by the compositions, and the fabrication method of the chip and the device
abstract The conductive compositions of the present invention have the characteristics of PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), and the composition is a mixture of the following constituents, the mixture contains the modified polymer with low crystallization melting point and several conductive fillers. The modified polymer with low crystallization melting point is made by bombarding the polymer having 86 to 96 DEG C crystallization melting point with high-energy particles, and having it contacted with oxygen, and forming peroxy compound on its surface.
