Polyester series hot melting conjugate fiber |
abstract |
A thermal contraction conjugate fiber having fine size is provided, wherein the thermal contraction conjugate fiber is highly produced by making flow-drawing process of polyester undrawn yarn easy and stable to produce. By using undrawn yarn made from olefin polymer into polyester polymer and using prior machine, the flow-drawing process can be easily and stably produced so as to obtain the thermal contraction conjugate fiber and extended intermediate by high production and excellent operation. A hot melt conjugate fiber having fine size is able to obtain by further extending the extended intermediate. Especially, the extended ratio of the hot melt conjugate fiber by further extending is unprecedented. Therefore, the fiber structure of the olefin polymer consisted of the conjugate fiber is apparently developed. The thermal contraction conjugate fiber or the hot melt conjugate fiber having fine size is suitable to be used in sanitation material and industry material. |
