abstract The present invention provides a polyamide-based biaxially stretched film suitable for package uses, which has necessary properties of a film for package such as oxidant barrier ability, impact resistance and flexal fatigue resistance, furthermore, the film has the effect on preventing from product crush caused by vibration or impact during transport and protecting quality of content. The polyamide-based biaxially stretched film is composed of laminating a resin layer having main constituent of polyamide polymer containing metaxylene group onto a resin layer having main constituent of aliphatic polyamide resin (layer B), which has specific low number of pin hole and specific small oxidant transmittance; wherein main diamine component is metaxylene diamine or mixed xylene diamine consisted of metaxylene diamine and paraxylene diamine, and main dicarboxylic acid component is α -, ω -aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 6 to 12 carbon atoms.
