titleOfInvention | Method of assembling and manufacturing laminated board assembly |
abstract | A method of assembling and manufacturing a laminated board assembly comprises: (a) obtaining a first laminated board which has a core layer, two longer metal layers adhered on two opposite sides of the core layer, an insertion space defined by the two metal layers and the core layer, and a first adhesive film homogeneously spread on the inner side of one metal layer for bonding the metal layer and the core layer, wherein a part of the first adhesive film is reserved in insertion space for later use; (b) obtaining a second laminated board having a bonding plate; and (c) inserting the bonding plate into the insertion space and heating to melt the reserved part of the first adhesive film such that the bonding plate and the metal layers of the first laminated board can be bonded together, providing a high-quality and efficient assembly with a smooth appearance. |
