abstract | The invention provides a lighting device by enhancing surface plasma with resonance and its manufacturing method. The lighting device has a layered structure sequentially from bottom to top which contains a substrate, a metallic layer, and a lighting material. The position of the metallic layer and the lighting material is interchangeable and the metallic layer contains a metallic film and a metallic particle array above the metallic film. This invention also provides a method for enhancing the brightness of the lighting material. |
