abstract | A high-transmittance touch panel device, which comprises: a transparent substrate, a ground layer covering a bottom surface of the substrate wherein the ground layer is made from a transparent electrically conductive material, and a capacitive touch control unit disposed on a top surface of the substrate. The capacitive touch control unit has a plurality of spaced apart key pads disposed on the top surface of the substrate wherein the key pads are made from a transparent electrically conductive material, and a plurality of conductive connecting lines each respectively electrically connecting the key pads towards a peripheral edge of the substrate. The present invention utilizes a capacitive touch control unit made from a transparent material to provide a touch panel device with an overall transparent and high-transmittance effect, such that the touch panel device can be directly covered on a monitor of an electronic device, and therefore a user can directly control and adjust the electronic device via the high-transmittance touch panel device of the present invention. |
