abstract The present invention provides a method of increasing the anti-oxidation capability and immunological competence of aquatic organism, in which Toona sinensis (Toona sinensis Roem.; Cedrela sinensis A. Juss.) extracts are added to increase the anti-oxidation capability and immunological competence of aquatic organism. Methanol is applied to extract a whole trunk of plant of Toona sinensis (Toona sinensis Roem. Cedrela sinensis A. Juss.) to obtain the Toona sinensis (Toona sinensis Roem.; Cedrela sinensis A. Juss.) extracts, and the Toona sinensis (Toona sinensis Roem.; Cedrela sinensis A. Juss.) extracts are used as the aquatic organism additives by way of feeding stuff or dipping, so as to increase the anti-oxidation capability and immunological competence of aquatic organism. The present invention also provides a composition for increasing the anti-oxidation capability and immunological competence of aquatic organism.
