abstract | The invention relates to a solar cell, particularly to a solar cell with low loss and high efficiency for manufacturing a large-area solar panel without modularity. The solar cell comprises a semiconductor material layer, a conductive substrate, an insulating layer and a reticular conductor. A plurality of conductive pillars are set on the reticular conductor. Voids corresponding to the conductive pillars of the reticular conductor are set through the semiconductor material layer, the conductive substrate and the laminated stacking board of the insulating layer. The conductive pillars of the reticular conductor pass through the voids and electrically connect to the upper layer of the semiconductor material layer. An insulating material is set between the voids and the conductive pillars. |
