abstract | This invention provides a magnetic sheet, which can reduce unnecessary electromagnetic waves released from electronic equipment, can suppress electromagnetic interference caused by interference of unnecessary electromagnetic waves within electronic equipment, has excellent surface smoothness, and a high level of magnetic permeability, and a process for producing the magnetic sheet in a simple, cost-effective and efficient manner. The magnetic sheet comprises a magnetic layer comprising a magnetic powder contained in a resin composition and a concave and convex forming layer, and the Bekk smoothness of the concave and convex forming layer is not more than 70 sec/mL. The production process of a magnetic sheet comprises at least a magnetic layer forming step of forming a magnetic composition, prepared by adding a magnetic powder to a resin composition, into a magnetic layer, and a shape transfer step of stacking and disposing a concave and convex forming layer and a transfer material on one side of the magnetic layer in its thickness-wise direction in that order from the magnetic layer side and then heat pressing the assembly to transfer the surface shape of the transfer material onto the surface of the concave and convex forming layer and the magnetic layer and to join the concave and convex forming layer to the magnetic layer. |
