titleOfInvention | Solar cell |
abstract | A solar cell is described. The solar cell includes a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode, a photovoltaic semiconducting layer, and an encapsulating layer. The first electrode is disposed on the substrate. The first electrode has plural projections, of which the extending direction is not parallel to the surface of the substrate. The second electrode is disposed above the first electrode. The photovoltaic semiconducting layer is deployed in-between the first electrode and the second electrode. The photovoltaic semiconducting layer further contacts with the first electrode and the second electrode respectively. The encapsulating layer is disposed on the second electrode. |
