Process for producing saponified cellulose ester film, saponified cellulose ester film, sheet polarizer made therefrom, optically compemsary film, and antireflection film |
abstract |
This invention provides a saponified cellulose ester film and an optical film made therefrom. This film is a coating film having high durability and is obtained without strict procedures such as adding excess cross linking agent, accelerating of heating, and uprising amounts of ionizing radiation. The saponified cellulose ester film is produced by coating an alkaline aqueous solution 12, containing at least water, organic solvent, and alkaline agent, on a cellulose ester film 10, and saponifing cellulose ester film 10 with alkaline aqueous solution 12 under a condition of that the amount of plasticizer in a saponified surface of saponified cellulose ester film 10' measured by ATR/IR method is less than 0.25. |
