titleOfInvention | Apparatus and method for manufacturing complementary part |
abstract | An apparatus for manufacturing a complementary part is provided and includes an original part, a container, a buoyant-force production unit, and a plastic body. The container has a containing space, at least a overflow channel connected to the containing space, and a surround structure, wherein a surface material modified feature is applied to on a first structural surface of the original part, and on surfaces of the containing space and the overflow channel. The buoyant-force production unit produces buoyant force acting on a bottom of the container. The plastic body is contained in the containing space in a liquid state, wherein the first structural surface is overlaid towards the surround structure by an action force, and the action force and the buoyant force commonly act, which makes a surplus plastic body overflowed through the overflow channel. After the plastic body is solidified and is separated from the original part and the container, the complementary part is formed. |
