titleOfInvention Method for processing electrodes of compact passive elements
abstract A method for processing electrodes of compact passive elements is provided and includes steps of: providing a support plate having one side attached with a double-sided adhesive layer for attaching to a first end of a plurality of passive elements; supporting the passive elements by the support plate, and wetting a second end of the passive elements with an electrode material; fixing the electrode material on the second end of the passive elements by curing; and removing the stickiness of the double-sided adhesive layer for separating the passive elements from the support plate and the double-sided adhesive layer. The second end of the passive elements is further wetted with the electrode material by similar steps. Thus, the manufacture efficiency and the product yield can be enhanced, while the method is suitably applied to manufacture various compact passive elements.
