abstract | The invention relates to a hydrogenation system for conjugated diene polymers, which includes using an improved circulating reactor to perform the hydrogenation of conjugated diene polymers. The system provides hydrogen to form small bubbles through the shear mechanism caused by the high speed flow of the venturi tube to impact below the liquid level of the reactants to increase reaction speed. The system is used for removing the reaction heat, batching and/or continuing the reaction, and recycling non-homogeneous catalysts through the installation of pump, pipelines, heat exchangers, and catalyst recycler. |
