titleOfInvention Improved front derailleur structure
abstract This invention is to disclose an improved front derailleur structure, mainly comprising a base, a first connecting rod, a second connection rod, and a chain guiding unit, wherein one end of the first connecting rod is pivotally connected to the base and the other end is pivotally connected to the chain guiding unit; one end of the second connecting rod is pivotally connected to the base and the other end is pivotally connected to the chain guiding unit; and the chain guiding unit is provided with an outer chain guiding plate and an inner chain guiding unit. Two ends of the outer chain guiding plate are mutually connected with the inner chain guiding plate to form a receiving space for the chain to be inserted. The outer chain guiding plate is provided with a first edge face, a second edge face, and a third edge face, wherein the second edge face is provided at the front end of the outer chain guiding plate, the second edge face is parallel to the first edge face and is closer to the inner chain guiding plate than the first edge face, the third edge face is connected with the second edge face at one end, and the other end of the third edge face is inclined toward the direction away from the inner chain guiding plate. With the aforementioned structure, speed changing can be assisted, structural stiffness can be enhanced, and interference can be avoided.
