abstract |
Disclosed is a method for producing a cell population, which involves the following steps (1) and (2): (1) removing a CD8-positive T cell from a cell population containing T cells or collecting a CD4-positive T cell from the cell population to prepare a cell population to be cultured; and (2) culturing the cell population produced in the step (1) in the presence of the following components (A) and (B) [(A): at least one component selected from the group consisting of a fibronectin, a fragment of the fibronectin and a mixture of the fragment of the fibronectin; and (B): a CD3 ligand]. A cell population produced by the method is extremely useful for the treatment of a disease by a cell therapy. |
