titleOfInvention | Anisotropic conductive film and manufacturing method for the same, and connected structure |
abstract | An easy-to-use anisotropic conductive film of two-layer structure exhibiting excellent conduction reliability by suppressing fluidity of conductive particles when an electronic component and a substrate are connected thereby preventing occurrence of short circuit and ensuring high particle capture rate. Its efficient production method, and a bonded body of an electronic component and a substrate exhibiting high particle capture rate and excellent conduction reliability by using the anisotropic conductive film are also provided. The anisotropic conductive film comprises an insulating layer formed of an insulating resin composition, and a layer containing a UV-curing and thermosetting resin composition and conductive particles arranged in single layer on the interface on the insulating layer side and characterized in that the degree of curing decreases gradually in the thickness direction of the layer containing the conductive particles from the side where the conductive particles exist toward the side where the conductive particles do not exist. |
