abstract A cold cathode fluorescent lamp including a filter tube, a pair of electrodes, a fluorescent material and a discharging medium is provided. The electrodes are separately disposed in two opposite ends of the filter tube. The fluorescent material forms on the inner wall of the filter tube. The discharging medium is disposed inside the filter tube. The filter tube is suitable for filtering the light whose wavelength in an initial wavelength range so as to let the light whose wavelength in a predetermined wavelength range passes through. The initial wavelength range is between 300 nm and 780 nm, and the predetermined wavelength range is between the initial wavelength range.
