abstract The invention discloses a process of using supercritical CO2 in extraction/distillation tower with θ-type fill-net to remove free fatty acid in rice bran oil. The extraction/distillation process is that the 2700g CO2 at the temperature of 353K and the pressure of 200bar is filled into the 27 cm high extraction tank with θ-type net to deacidify the rice bran oil having the free fatty acids with the concentration of 10% so as to obtain a deacidification oil having 0.26% free fatty acid. This invention is characterized by having the best effect of deacidification.
