abstract |
The invention provides a spacer formed from a photosensitive composition including at least a resin, a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator, the spacer having an elastic coefficient of from 0.5 GPa to 3.0 Gpa at 25 DEG C when compressed at 15%, a bottom surface area of from more than 20 μm2 to 350 μm2, and a height of from 1.0 μm to 10.0 μm. According to the invention, a spacer having a high elastic recovery rate and exhibiting a high degree of deformation under load is provided. |
