titleOfInvention Method of positioning an anisotropic conductive connector, method of positioning the anisotropic conductive connector and a circuit board for inspection, anisotropic conductive connector, and probe card
abstract Provided is a method for positioning an anisotropic conductive connector, which method can conduct positioning of each component of a three-layered rectangular frame-like anisotropic conductive connector completely and easily. The method is a method for positioning a three-layered rectangular frame-like anisotropic conductive connector in order to inspect the electrical properties of an object for inspection. The positioning is carried out in the following manner. The three-layered anisotropic conductive sheet is composed of a first anisotropic conductive sheet 18, a center substrate 16 and a second anisotropic conductive sheet 20. Markings 76 and 77, and through-holes 74, 75 are formed on the center substrate 16, and semi-transparent protrusions 71, 72, 49 and 78, and through-holes 70 and 80 are formed on each of the first anisotropic conductive sheet 18 and the second anisotropic conductive sheet 20. The markings 76 and 77 are identified through the semi-transparent protrusions 71 and 49 by a detecting means 81 and 83 disposed on the side of the first anisotropic conductive sheet 18 and a detecting means 82 disposed on the side of the second anisotropic conductive sheet 20 and thereby the positioning of the semi-transparent protrusions 71 and 49 to the markings 76 and 77 is carried out, whereby performing the positioning of the first anisotropic conductive sheet 18, the center substrate 16 and the second anisotropic conductive sheet 20.
