titleOfInvention | A method for producing multifunction ligninolytic enzymes with agricultural wastes by white rot fungi |
abstract | The present invention discloses a method for producing multifunction ligninolytic enzymes with agricultural wastes by white rot fungi. The semi-solid state culture mediums which supplement with 60 mM buffer solution (pH 4. 5 to 6. 5), 0 to 6 mM trace elememt solution, 0 to 1. 0 % inducer, 10 to 30 g/L glucose, and employ 20 to 70g/ 500 mL agriculture wastes as support. In this condition, the agriculture wastes could induce the perenniporia tephropora to produce a relatively abundant and stabile MnP and laccase. Moreover, the phenolic compounds concentrations of the agriculture wastes were decreased quietly. |
